I grew up knowing Panera Bread as the place my parents brought home bagels from as a nice treat -- their Cinnamon Crunch bagel is a phenomenal treat! However, as an adult, I don't get bagels as much. Recently though, I went and got some of their other food -- their Smokehouse BBQ Chicken Sandwich, which you can get in their Sandwich and Salad or other combination meals, is one of the best BBQ sandwiches I've ever had! It's crazy that a *bagel place* has cafe food that rivals the best cafes out there.

The entire order was delicious! First the chipotle chicken and bacon flatbread is huge- you get your money's worth. The half sandwich is very thick and delicious as well. Everything is so fresh! Highly recommend

pecan braid - very good
cherry - okay, a little stale
brownie - tasty
French dipped - ordered a whole sandwich, did not receive. Received half of something with a little chicken - very little. Not good.

i usually love this Napa Almond Chicken Salad Sandwich & Cream of Chicken & Wild Rice Soup but today it was basically just a tomato sandwich with a ton of spring mix a half a grape and a small piece of chicken? a little disappointing this time tbh

The broccoli Broccoli Cheddar Soup and the Chocolate Chipper Cookie were both very good as was all the bread that came with the meal. The chicken Homestyle Chicken Noodle Soup and the Kitchen Sink Cookie were both much too salty. We have had those things from Panera before and liked them, but they were very salty this time.
