• DoorDash orderDidn't receive items ordered, a large Cream of Chicken & Wild Rice Soup with a bread bowl. Same thing happened last week.
We like Panera's food but there have been more problems with the orders than with any other restaurant.

• DoorDash orderThey gave me mac and cheese instead of soup. called the store and said they would give me a refund which i havent seen and its been over two weeks. I was on my lunch break so by the time i got ahold of someone i didnt have time to go and pick up another order
