Everything was packed neatly. The coffee and soup was hot and delicious. The only thing with the sandwich, was missing the aioli and tasted a little over salted. Chicken was a bit dry. I’ve had the same sandwich at 2 different Panera locations and the taste is different than this location. Could just be an off day. I would get the soup again but not the sandwich.

You can't go wrong with the bread bowl or the tomato cucumber salad options. But, while the Thai Chicken soup had good flavor, there was no chicken in my portion. It was also a really small serving, enough for the bread bowl - just- but not enough for the price. The container wasn't near full, maybe because it was prepped for delivery or maybe that was standard. The iced cinnamon crunch latte was tasty, although I wish Panera offered milk options.

They lost my first order so ihad to reorder which was annoying. Thatbring said Ireally feel like they skimped on the meat on my steak and Toasted Steak & White Cheddar. Tgeremight have bernan ounce of meat in there which is insane for a $16 sandwich.

The Oatmeal Raisin with Berries Cookie ordered was not received. The sandwich was disappointing. There was almost no chicken in the sandwich. The bread was very tough. I had assumed that this would be hot sandwich, but it was not. The delivery took over an hour, with the dasher making at least three stops between the restaurant and my house.
