This was my first time ordering and I'm very disappointed. The salad was old and wilted. Barely any dressing in the cup for the size of the salad could have given 2 cups vs having to ask for extra. The sandwich was ok. I see you have to be specific when ordering. Very disappointed lunch.

Soup/Mac and Salad chicken noodlesoup was great as usual, but the salad didn't look fresh. It was brown in areas with very little green which is the nutritional part, and not crisp at all. It's a shame because that is why I choose food from them for their freshness as you would homemade.

The french onion soup was great, but cookies and the baguette bread seemed a little stale.
The worst was the grilled cheese. It was burnt, like even the cheese was burnt on the inside of the sandwich. When you burn cheese like that, it turns that darker brown color, which you could see the moment you unwrapped the sandwich because one half was a completely different color from the other half of the sandwich and then toast on that side was burnt too. Since it was the whole slice of bread/cheese, it made the whole sandwich pretty inedible.
What's worse is that I neglected to take a photo before tossing, so I can't get a credit from DD either. Remember to document any order mishaps with photos everyone!

Avoid the bread bowls. They do not give you enough to fill it. It's actually laughable how little they give you.
