I have a lot of issues (dietary restrictions and a chronic illness) that make eating very difficult and sometimes deeply unpleasant. The soups from Panera are pretty much my go-to comfort/safe food, and the best part is that they have enough calories to make up for any deficit I've had throughout the day.

the Spinach & Bacon Soufflé is burnt, dried out and cold, it wasnt packaged, it was just thrown in the bag. the Asiago Bagel wasnt toasted as requested, the bag was also not sealed. Kings Mills Panera is the worst.

My delivery from Panera Bread was excellent! The food arrived fresh, perfectly packaged, and right on time. Everything was prepared just as I ordered, with great attention to detail.

Four Cheese Souffle is excellent. Egg Garden Avo & Egg White Sandwich were I edible. They tasted like cardboard and there was almost no avocado on them. Chocolate Chip Muffie were so good. Panera needs to not sub non vegetarian items for vegetarian ones without asking though. A bacon soufflé is not the same as a four cheese soufflé.
