Received a smaller size than the XL I paid for. A bummer but DoorDash support refunded me. Im sure if called the location they would offer another pizza. I didnt want to stress out the workers.

The meat pizza was especially good topped with the special seasonings.

I’d say there was zero customer service, but honestly, that would’ve been better than what I experienced here. I walked in to pick up an online order—was the only customer in the store—and was completely ignored for over 5 minutes. After several awkward moments of eye contact with the staff, I finally said, “I’m here to pick up an order.” Turns out, the order was still being made—a full 10 minutes after the app said it was ready.
When I finally got home, ready to enjoy a meal with my family, the disappointment only got worse. The Chicken Parmesan Papa Bites tasted like sweaty gym shoes, the Garlic Epic Stuffed Crust Pizza was barely sauced and had almost no toppings, the OREO® Cookie Papa Bites were overbaked, and the Buffalo Boneless Wings? They looked like dollar store chicken nuggets with a single squirt of sauce on them (picture attached).
My kids—who usually eat just about anything—wouldn’t even touch their food after the initial bites. I don’t give 1-star reviews often, but this Papa John’s has absolutely earned it. Do yourself a favor and pass on this place.

Papa Johns has always done well. Not this time. The epic stuffed crust was just a stuffed crust. No garlic coat. Also the papadias were just mini pizzas...not a sandwich style which they should be. The order was so delayed it took an hour and a half before it was at my door. I want to believe this was because of low staff numbers. But still...its not the quality I expect from PJ's.
