Cookies could use more fat so they are chewier, or maybe just a touch less flour.
Gluten free crust is great. Cheese bread is great.
The real winner to me is their Papa Wings. The soft, well toasted skin. Also, the blue cheese dip has actual blue cheese in it. Looks like roquefort. Great flavor.

I would be absolutely embarrassed to sell people wings like this. Tiny with virtually no meat. What a joke.
