Pizza was not cut all the way threw leading to it ripping into undesired and hard to handle pieces. Ordered Pepsi Zero Sugar 2 liter and received a regular Pepsi 2 liter instead. This order was $41 with the tip very overpriced for the poor finished quality and wrong drink delivered.

I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received during my recent visit to one of your locations.
Today i went to your store expecting the same good experience I’ve had before. Unfortunately, the staff was not welcoming or professional. They seemed stressed and overwhelmed, and the service was neither friendly nor efficient.
I understand that everyone can have a bad day, but as a customer, I expected at least a basic level of courtesy and attention, especially from a brand known for its quality and service.
I hope you take this feedback seriously and work to improve the customer service at this location so that other customers don’t have a similar experience.
