First time trying them-absolutely delicious & arrived hot except the fries which were warm ish but still good! Chocolate Chunk Cookie was amazingly thick and sweet. Will try more soon for sure

The snack sandwiches are like the size ofa pack of cigarettes...for $5 I expected more. The fries were rubbery and almost green in color. The large sub I ordered was $18 and it was the skimpiest sandwich ive ever seen. I will not be ordering from them again.

I had extra meat and was charged for it. Nope barely had any mostly bread. Fries were dry and hard. Lemonade was watered down

Been one of my favorite restaurants for most of my life, but man, PLEASE add an option to include ketchup and vinegar. One of my favorite things about Penn Station are the fresh made peanut oil fries with ketchup and vinegar. Without the ketchup and vinegar, they're still good but not even close to what they could be.
