Quite possibly the best meal I ever had from Penn Station. Fries were hot, cheesesteak was just as I ordered it, and hot, messy and dripping mayo...you know that's the best! Nobody wants a dry cheesesteak! A+++

The large fry genuinely had as many fries as a small. The large bucket was only half full of fries but I know the standard is at least heaping full. The subs were very good, but it's hard not to give 1 star when you pay so much for fries and get not nearly what you pay for

It was the worst Cheesesteaks we ever had, the bread wasn't cooked all the way, and was so greasy, the fries were old, cold andnot full orders. Boo!

While the chicken teriyaki wrap was fine, the chicken cheesesteak and the cheesesteak were very dry. Options for additional mayo would've been helpful. Also, the option of mustard would've been most welcome. also, I noted that the only way to get fries is to order with a combo. The DoorDash ordering does not provide an opportunity to order fries as a separate item.
