Matcha latte is definitely made with ceremonial grade matcha. Less sweet is indeed less sweet! :D Finally a place that doesn't make the drinks overly sweet. Little flaw is the matcha powder clumps at the bottom. It usually indicates that the matcha isnt well mixed. Using Chasen, electric mixer, or sifter is a great way to get those chunks out. Adding matcha to a little liquid in inital steps can also help minimize the chunks.
Looks super aesthetic, like a cozy cafe. The ambiance is definitely present once stepping in. Definitely can sit down to do homework or go on a date.

Banana Matcha is so good! Made with freshly smashed bananas. It's so fresh and delicious. The Spam & Eggs (2) is very good too. I wish there was a little more filling to rice but it's still amazing

Popcorn Chicken is a little bland to my favor, but pretty ok amount for the price. Y.O.L.O with boba is actually good, and the regular sweetness level is on point. Will be back to try other stuff

The Popcorn Chicken was awesome with the dipping sauce. Crispy, flavorful, and good chucks of chicken. The Coconut Coffee was excellent, but recommend lighter sweetness across the board for drinks. Y.O.L.O was super yummy. Looking forward to trying even more of the menu.

I love Phin Cafe!! It's a quick and cute spot for good boba and snacks. I highly recommend the musubis and special milk teas.
