I love Pho Haus it's always very consistent - however the Vegan Pho did not have any vegetables in it besides cilantro, white onion, and green onion. Normally it has broccoli and carrots (which is also shown in the picture). I get it with shredded chicken instead of tofu since the tofu is fried and then gets soggy in the broth which I don't like. I also got extra noddles and the portion is good, genuinely extra noodles. And it comes with the add ons - bean sprouts - lime - sauce packets - some other leaf thing.

Even though it was lighter on the veggies, the broth is amazing enough to make this place better than the rest!

We love pho haus and usually just go pick up but today they just under delivered. We ordered one Traditional Pho and one Haus Pho. There were no limes with our order, and just one lonely sriacha packet. Then the difference in the potion sizes between two orders was immediately noticeable. One had the normal amountof noodles, The other was maybe 1/2 the amount of noodles.

Love their spicy pho! It was packed correctly with the condiments and veggies on the side. Finally... someone doing pho to go correctly!!!

Noodles were overcooked, both orders had the wrong protein, and the shredded chicken was really chewy. Both the spicy and vegan broths were yummy though. My partner eats gluten free and thought the vegan broth was still solid
