1 star. This isn’t just a one-time mistake—it happens every single time. They constantly forget the toppings I paid for, especially the pesto drizzle. It’s beyond frustrating. Why even list these options if you never follow through? It’s careless, lazy, and shows zero respect for paying customers. Absolutely unacceptable. Do better—or stop pretending you care about service.
