Ordered Poke Bowl - Regular (2 Proteins)with the BOGO deal. The fish was good quality, average for portion size. Luckily I had Sriracha aioli in my fridge as this item was forgotten. Would order again if there is another deal.

It looks like our food was packaged hastily. The miso soup spilled inside and ruined the bag. The food itself was also very bland as if the flavor step had been completely skipped. Our side of sauce was also missing and the size we ordered was definitely smaller than what we've received with previous orders. This was a huge disappointment since we've ordered from here in person and on Doordash a few months prior but whatever recent changes have been made definitely feel like they're were made for the worst.

I was disappointed in one of our bowls today. Most of my toppings were missing and the ones that I did have were lightly sprinkled on. My sauces were also barely there and i requested 'heavy' seasoning. Sucks because this is my third time ordering from here, and I was truly looking forward to treating myself to a nice dinner and when it arrived it was a total downer. Still ate it! But this is definitely a shop that you have to GO INTO, to get what you pay for.
