First time trying Pollo Tropical in many years. Best smelling Doordash bag I've ever gotten. Food was phenomenal. Mojo pork had great flavor, and plenty of juice. Rice and beans were good. Fries were surprisingly good. I still taste the garlic cilantro sauce. They put three in the bag, and I'll definitely use them. I'm going to make this a routine for sure.

Everything was Bad, the yellow rice and white rice all lumpy! and drie !!
I Order 2 orders of shrimps and I order to have 2 pineapple sauce for each... never received it the shrimp where all dry, and over cooked!!
The soup bowl I order, came with a few noodles! Basically water no corn or ingredients like it should had, all missing in short a total mess of a order.. waste of money and when itried to call they would not pick up after multiple tries! The recording came on to leave my name and number and they would call back.. What a joke!! But the joke!! Was on me but never agIn ..

Received dinner to my hotel room tonight. No silverware, no napkins and no sauces came with the delivery. Also, my chicken & pork tropichop bowl contained NO MEAT! I paid $14 for a bowl of rice topped with spinach. The rice is mushy, and the chicken soup meh. Plantains were tasty.

I ordered food here three times, and each time I ordered a side of Caesar salad, they either gave me only lettuce (no dressing) or, worse, completely forgot it. The food is good, but to provide feedback, please pay attention to the details of the order!
