First of all I didn't even get my 12Pc Nuggets Combo it was like 5 dry nuggets and 3 chicken tenders. My ¼ Pound Popcorn Shrimp* was put in a side container and they were hard. I didn't receive my blackened ranch, I never receive my sauces anytime I order from here! The only thing that was right was the drink.

Horrible. Messed up the entire order. Ordered two non spicy chicken sandwiches received two spicy chicken sandwiches both overcooked. Ordered two 6 piece wings and received one 6 piece without sauces, which came opened in the bag. Also ordered a 12 piece nugget and they didn’t even include it…
Only reason to ever order from here is if there’s a deal going on even then beware regardless.

Customer service and food quality are abhorrent, not sure where the hype for this place came from? I guess they have decent marketing but the on the bone chicken is absurdly dry. The sandwich is OK, but you can get the same thing elsewhere with much less hassle.

The leg was okay.
The wing was okay.
The third piece was unrecognizable. Itturned out to be nothing but bone that was breaded and fried. I took off all the breading and found no edible meat. So I really only got a 2-piece dinner. Very disappointing.
