• DoorDash orderEvery time I've ordered from this store, I've always been so satisfied with the yummy HUGE chicken sandwiches, the phenomenal Cajun fries, etc...EXCEPT for the two times I've ordered their CHILLED (NOT frozen) strawberry lemonade. First off, it was delicious the first time, but it was FROZEN, NOT CHILLED, as I'd requested (BOTH TIMES THE RECEIPT I RECEIVED IT SAID "FROZEN" WHEN I AM DEFINITELY POSITIVE I CHOSE THE "CHILLED" OPTION WHEN ORDERING)! Second time, I ordered TWO CHILLED STRAWBERRY LEMONADES and of course I made sure I chose "CHILLED"; I checked like a million times before sending off the order!! Well, delivery arrived and guess what?! FROZEN!!!! One wasn't even mixed AT ALL; all the strawberry parts were at the very bottom. I mixed it the best I could (it was pretty hard to do with it being FROZEN vs CHILLED as I'd originally requested); unfortunately I don't know if my "mixing" was related in any way to the flavor/taste (I highly doubt it), but it tasted HORRIBLE, almost like it had overly rotten, fermented alcohol in it!! Anyway, obviously my main complaint is the FROZEN lemonades BOTH times I'd requested CHILLED lemonade(s), and the receipt erroneously reading "FROZEN" BOTH TIMES as well! I can't recall if I got charged the FROZEN or CHILLED price, but either way, I am more upset that this store has made this mistake MORE THAN ONCE! If there is no longer a "CHILLED" option, and ONLY a "FROZEN" option, then they need to REMOVE the "CHILLED" option! NOT THAT HARD I WOULDN'T THINK! Also, I don't know how a strawberry lemonade could taste that awful and disgusting (the other one, besides being FROZEN, tasted fine). I would highly recommend their amazing chicken sandwiches, the incredible Cajun fries (they're not crispy, but the batter is soooooo yummy and they're not spicy, which I love! They're even good cold, imo, so I always save any leftover ones; they're the ONLY French fries I'll save as leftovers AND eat later without necessarily having to reheat them)!! The chicken in the sandwich is bar none; I haven't found any other chicken sandwich that can even come CLOSE)!! So Kudos to Popeye's for their amazing sandwiches and French fries!! It's just too bad that their lemonade had to be such a disappointment...TWICE!!

• DoorDash orderThe Homestyle Mac & Cheese was not good. It was mushy and barely had any shape. Definitely not fresh and looked like mashed potato. The Spicy Chicken Sandwich was very tough in the middle. I've ordered here before and never had this happen before so I'm very disappointed in how this happened.

• DoorDash orderorder twice a week, always 2 sets of 8 pieces, a classic and a spicy set, but always receive 2 sets of classic, this time dated 4/7/2025, i had only received one box of 8 classic. Please do better. paid $65 for this just to get one box.
