I would have rated a 5 for the strips and coleslaw, because they were very good! However, paid for an extra ranch dipping sauce and we didnt get any dipping sauces at all.
Strips should be an automatic to know to check for sauce in the bag,

The 2Pc Signature Chicken Combo all breast and ¼ Pound Popcorn Shrimp, was delicious!
The coleslaw was so Good this time!
The Mashed Potatoes with Cajun Gravy- were cold!
The manager and team do a Great job here!
KFC & Arby's in Niles should follow them as an example!
