we ordered Shrimp Tackle Box4Pc Signature Chicken ComboSpicy Chicken SandwichCajun Fries and everything that came was good but they didn't give us our Cajun Fries . this eastover location will always leave something out and never give up the dipping sauce. crazy to pay so many fees and never get what you pay for.

This store is terrible. I ordered two ¼ Pound Popcorn Shrimp* that was supposed to come with cocktail sauce and Red Beans & Rice. The simplest meal you could get. There was no sauce in the bag!!?? And the shrimp was old. The shrimp was mostly just small crumbs and hard. I was provided mostly hard dry crumbs and a tiny bit that comes in a red beans and rice container. For the amount of money I paid. I could have made the same thing 5x over at home. I never ordered here online and I probably never will. I don’t even eat their chicken anymore. Their shrimp size and quality is so terrible they should just throw it away off their menu. I also realized that no biscuits came with this order and that’s something they give you with jelly if you dine in. I wish I could give a negative 5 star score. Nobody should be scavenging for shrimp from their meals if that’s the main reason why you are ordering it

I paid $80 for food and they forgot my condiments, no forks spoons and they forgot my 4pc Cinnamon Apple Pie and the mac and potatos was half way ...but the food was fresh

chicken was NOT seasoned sides were good. chicken felt like it wasn't cooked long enough. they should turn on the feature for customization because I wanted legs and thighs for my kids. didn't get the right sauce 😕
