The chicken was hot and crispy, and the mashed potatoes had a good amount of gravy. Everything was hot and very tasty!

This is an 8 piece order. The chicken is old, dry, and expensive. It was so obvious. There was also not a breast in the box. This costs about $28 before tax, tip, etc. I am from New Orleans and grew up eating from this restaurant. What I was served was unsatisfactory, unpleasant and unacceptable. No more for me. Food costs too much for this.

Let me say that I love Popeyes. Their chicken is great but they need an option for their wings to have no sauce. I didn't want sauce but that is not an option so I filled in the circle saying "sauce on side." Didn't happen, nor did it last time. The sauce isn't great and why I don't want it. There is no place to add special instructions with them nor do they answer the phone as I tried calling a few times

They were actually short on wings waiting on a delivery truck but they gave me adequate chicken with sauce on the side. Careful as the sauce is a slap in the face kinda hot but GOOD. It doesn't linger and keep burning like some sauce, though, so I give it five stars. Tastes good. The filet Classic Chicken Sandwich was not my food, so no rating.

Another absolutely perfect meal! The Spicy Chicken Sandwich with Bacon and Cheese Combo (w/fries & Dr Pepper) hit the spot. You know, the yum-yum spot!
