The food was terrible and I'm definitely disappointed. My biscuit and the Mac n cheese was burnt. The boneless wing was dry and hard. Complete waste of money.

My chicken is black and old it's a shame a manager let his food go out looking this way people work hard for there money please can you refund my money didn't get my fry's

The chicken in my big box was old and dry. The Big Box Signature Chicken was disappointing. They knew they gave me old and terrible chicken in my big box . That's why they gave me a free apple pie.
