They went above and beyond. We had a very large order and they made sure every part was perfect from the thicc and juicy tenders to the fresh biscuits and then a whole bag full of sauces.

4Pc Signature Chicken Dinner The chicken taste old, I received a second leg instead of thigh, breast, leg & wing and was not contacted as requested if there were any changes. The beans and rice barely had any beans. I kept stirring until I found a few, so it was mostly rice and gravy. The mashed potatoes barely had any gravy on it at all.
New! 6Pc Wings All I can say is thank goodness they were free as I would want to pay for them. The "wing dings" were not quality product at all and I even got a bonus wing tip in the box. I ordered Bbq sauce on the side, received a cup stating it was signature hot but it was something sweet & hot. I wanted to spit bite out. I'm glad I hadn't put it all over the chicken or else i wouldn't have been able to eat it. Not an enjoyable meal.

Rec'd 10 pieces rubbery deep fried crust. They could have fried fresh tenders before giving them to someone to eat! The beans/rice had black specks in it. Very disappointed in the service!

Shrimp is seasoned so well and super crunchy. The order seemed a bit small but it tasted good. Blackened chicken is flavorful but small for the price. Biscuits are always fire and tea super sweet.

I feel like I always have an issue ordering from here. After waiting over an hour for my order, apparently the dasher got the wrong order and they refused to make it for the new dasher. Then when I reordered and finally got the Ghost Pepper Sandwich, it wasn't spicy at all...
