We order food here multiple times a week. They rarely get our order wrong and we love the chicken strips!

The food was fine, however the presentation of the food was sloppy. For example, our fries were everywhere in a single bag and it only had one bag of fries in the bag (we ordered two medium fries) and the rest of the Cajun Fries were scattered in the bag. The chicken was a bit lack luster, I wish they'd get a special request section where I can request all flats for the wings, that would have made a difference. Furthermore, It was on me not to choose ghost pepper wings. The signature hot New! 6Pc Wings were a 5/10, I don't recommend. I decided to get the sauce on the side and coat the meat myself, the sauce wasn't "hot" or extra spicy at all. It tasted heavy , sweet and had a bit of a twang (spice). The Chilled Mango Premium Lemonade is good but Iprefer the frozen one (SO MUCH BETTER).

The restaurant forgot my family's biscuits. They also forgot the 4th protein for Full-Court Feast (Small Group 4-5) . The new bone in and bone out wings are just set on a large pool of sauce, not even tossed, super messy. We hadn't had Popeyes in a year, and it sounded so good. Very disappointing!

The chicken strips are not edible. They are hard as hell, dry, and battered poorly. The mac and cheese is old and mushy. $20 and we could only eat the apple pie. I'd like my money back, because this should have never been severe

I didn't know what's changed, this used to be one of the best Popeyes, but for the last 4 times I've been in the past month the chicken has no flavor. It tastes bland and not like Popeyes.
