Spicy Chicken Sandwich was awesome. The chicken was huge! It was an inch thick and filled out the whole bun. Flavor was excellent, but sauce was a little light this time.
Very satisfying, delicious, and filling.

I didn't get a six piece chicken. It was 5. There was no ranch at all. It looked like someone went into the food. The rice had no red beans in it. I will never order from here again. Food costs too much to be getting ripped off.

Classic Chicken Sandwich Combo was good and crispy and tender. 2Pc Signature Chicken Combo was good and crunchy , but the biscuit was hard as a rock. Really, you would still serve that to a customer. Not a good choice. Will order again.

Best quality fast chicken in Richmond in my opinion,! the chicken sandwiches were so good. literally they were the first big chicken sandwiches that my 6-year-old has ever finished. my kids even asked for more when I asked if they wanted something else they wanted to order from Popeyes again and I was ordering out a second time as a treat because my birthday and my 6-year-old's birthday are right around the corner. they both insisted they want Popeyes chicken sandwiches again. we got them again they were absolutely flawless amazing melts in your mouth again. and this time we got nuggets they were so good the wild mustard or whatever it's called was amazing with them. I did not like the Mardi gras mustard that was kind of weird LOL oh and the frozen lemonade was also really really good. they were perfect it wasn't melted or anything they did forget the strawberry but it was so good I don't even care. if you're going to spend money on food then I would definitely get it from here because you won't be disappointed. I've spent money on restaurants and then just so disappointed and so angry and they forget stuff this restaurant is on point every time whether you order delivery or pick up your food it might be expensive but it's definitely worth it 😘
