I had given up on this popeyes location a couple of years ago because of terrible service. I wanted to try it again and I was pleasantly surprised. The food was ready in just a few minutes after I ordered and the dasher didnt have to wait. My chicken sandwich had a little too much mayo for my liking, but I just scraped the extra off and the sandwich was delicious. Thick, juicy, crispy chicken on a soft steamed bun. The mac and cheese is as good as most homemade and I highly recommend it. The biscuits were fresh, soft, buttery, and tasty. My order was perfect. Nicely done, Popeyes.

It was late, 11:30 pm when I ordered, I got 4 original crispy Classic Chicken Sandwiches. They arrived in about 20 minutes which Popeyes is literally like 8 blocks from my house, but the bag was sealed well, all 4 of my sandwiches were in the bag!!! I've had problems with a few other places not including all my food recently so that was a huge plus and every time I order from Popeyes it's always fresh, all my food is in the bag, it's sealed well! It's always hot and fresh! I have no complaints! My sandwiches were so good! And I literally paid $20.09 for 4 huge Classic Chicken Sandwiches INCLUDING A $3.00 tip!!! They always have popular items 20% off and $7 off an order of $25 or more!! And it always deletes the delivery fee!! Great price, great food, great service! Thank you west 16th street! YOU GUYS ARE BOMB AF!

First time trying Popeye's. And honestly.....I'm seriously disappointed. There was no flavor to the tenders at all....the mashed potatoes and gravy only had about a tablespoon of gravy on them and they were horrible. The fries were overcooked, which means that they were too hard for me to eat. Will not be giving them another chance.

this was my first time ever having Popeyes and they delivered perfectly...best experience I've had with any chicken place. The Red Beans & Rice were on point and the Mashed Potatoes with Cajun Gravy tasted just like my grandmas.The 12 Mix & Match Wings here actually way better than(hot take) wingstops
