• DoorDash reviewI had given up on this popeyes location a couple of years ago because of terrible service. I wanted to try it again and I was pleasantly surprised. The food was ready in just a few minutes after I ordered and the dasher didnt have to wait. My chicken sandwich had a little too much mayo for my liking, but I just scraped the extra off and the sandwich was delicious. Thick, juicy, crispy chicken on a soft steamed bun. The mac and cheese is as good as most homemade and I highly recommend it. The biscuits were fresh, soft, buttery, and tasty. My order was perfect. Nicely done, Popeyes.

• DoorDash orderThe Shrimp Tackle Box shrimp were very small and not fresh. The freshest thing in the box was the Cole slaw, and they cheated me out of the amount that should have been in the cup.
The 6 Spicy Bone-In Wings were overcooked and were not fully covered by the sauce.

• DoorDash orderFood was old and cold. Not packaged properly and biscuit was just thrown in the bottom of the bag not packaged or wrapped. Boneless wings were very dry but should have gad sauce. 16th street location can never get it right. Poor management and poor training.

• DoorDash orderFirst time trying Popeye's. And honestly.....I'm seriously disappointed. There was no flavor to the tenders at all....the mashed potatoes and gravy only had about a tablespoon of gravy on them and they were horrible. The fries were overcooked, which means that they were too hard for me to eat. Will not be giving them another chance.
