Ordered a 3Pc Signature Chicken Combo with mashed potatoes & a drink AND a 4Pc Signature Chicken Combo with red beans & rice & a drink, however, DID NOT receive the red beans & rice! Also, NO straws for the drinks! Chicken is hot & tasty.

1/4 Popcorn Shrimp Combo- very few shrimp & NO cocktail sauce for shrimp, even though I added it onto the order but I thought it came with the shrimp automatically.

We spent over $85 and received overcooked jerky instead of chicken tenders, and there were no mac and cheese despite paying extra for it. The biscuits were as hard as hockey pucks, and the drinks had no ice. Nothing was edible, and everything ended up in the trash. This experience was unacceptable.

They were out of coleslaw which was disappointing and I didn't really like their cinnamon apple pie dessert. It was cold when it arrived and it did not reheat well in my toaster oven. The crust was not light and crispy like I was hoping it would be. Otherwise, the meals were good. Liked the chicken and the shrimp. And the biscuits were fresh and very tasty.

This is all breading and no chicken. Clearly you can see it in te photos. There was pr one chicken tender with some meat. Ridiculous
