Chicken Tenders are Huge! Definitely worth the price, Fries were hot and cheese sauce was warmed 10/10!

Our order was not on correct, it was delicious too! The chili is always so good and we especially like it with the cheese and onions. Our side salad with the house dressing was wonderful as were our jumbo hotdogs with all the fixings. Portillos knows how to do food well and we are always happy with our meals!

Got an Italian beef. I didn't know they had a kids minature version of it that cost the same as a regular sized one but that what I received. The food was bland. Fries super hard. Asked for no salt so Icould get freh fries made. Guess fresh means rock hard. They should take down the words Chicago style be this is nowhere near the taste. The only thing that is always good is the cup of cheese and it was still warm when delivered.

Italian beef sandwich just juicy enough, sweet peppers cooked just right, tender beef. Really delicious. Vanilla malt so cold and creamy.
Bought chicken tenders, but I'm eating those tomorrow.
Ordered through DoorDash, very quick service!!
This is not the first time!!

The photo on the menu is what the italian beef used to look like. I have ordered this item twice in the past several weeks and and the portion has been significantly reduced. In addition, I paid an extra $1.30 for cheese sauce and it was barely noticeable. In fact, I had to lift the bun to find it. I have ordered this item many times over the years and the cheese sauce was typically dripping off the sandwhich. Disappointing.
