Other than paying $28.00 with all the fees for one sandwich, they have the best sandwiches I've ever had. I wish they would bring back their Turkey Clubbie so it wouldn't be so expensive. They are always very consistent & the food is always outstanding.

My friend ordered the BLTA, and finished the whole sandwich in one sitting, which is rare for her, lol. She really enjoyed it. I ordered the Italian, which I normally really enjoy most places that do some version of it, and while tasty all in all, it was kinda lacking. I felt like they just packed it with the veggies, and not a whole lot of meat, which is important in that sandwich. Also, the bread wasn't cut all the way through, or even most the way, so one bite into the sandwich and everything came bursting out of it so I had to put it back together. Good for a lunch on the go, though, albeit messy cause things kept falling out of the sandwich.

I'm not usually into hot deli sandwiches, but this was surprisingly delightful. I am glad it wasn't listed as hot, because I'd otherwise miss out!
I planned on enjoying the salad with my sandwich, but it was too filling and the salad will be perfect for lunch!
The salad looks very fresh and they even delivered it with the dressing and walnuts on the side. I did a little taste of the dressing and it will be perfect on this salad. I subbed the blue cheese for feta, since I'm not a stinky cheese fan.

I hadn't ordered from Potbelly's in a while and unfortunately was underwhelmed this time. My Veggie Melt was not properly wrapped, so all the lettuce and tomatoes fell on the floor when I took it out of the bag. There was also only one slice of cheese on a large sandwich. I ordered Zapp's VooDoo Regular Chips but received plain baked lays instead. While I understand that sometimes things are out of stock, this wasn't a similar substitution. The Bag of Mini Cookies was good as in the past. I don't normally write negative reviews, but be aware that there may be some issues with your order from this location.

Wow, I enjoyed everything I received. The cheese in the Steakhouse Beef is very pungent, which I enjoyed. It tied well with the savoriness of the meat. The Strawberry Shake was melted, but delicious. I'm very critical of shakes and I approve of this one. Even the Lemon Cheesecake Cookie was fantastic. Glad I gave this place a try.
