I loved all their food. I tried it for the first time. I had the BLTA and the loaded baked potato soup. That baked potato soup was amazing and full of flavor. Compared to McAllisters baked potato soup, which has absolutely no flavor, Potbelly's is so much better. My husband had the Italian and loved it. I didnt mind the price of the small bags of chips. Everything is expensive these days and these are gourmet chips. You get what you pay for. Our sandwiches were not dry. The flavor of their bacon was so good. I love this place and will be ordering again.

The Chicken Pot Pie Soup is fantastic as always! I also highly recommend the Mama's Meatball with double cheese cause everything is better with more cheese!

They are always slammed! And I don't mind waiting for hot fresh delicious food. Love y'all. I ate my sandwich as I was driving.. well portioned, toasty and juicy

Food was great. My order accidentally had the wrong meat when it went through on door dash. Called the store and they were very helpful and made sure that my order was correct.
