Had The Lot and the Salted Caramel pretzel. The lot was great with garlic butter and the salted caramel was great with the cream cheese added. Loved em tho and I'll def be back

The salted pretzels were okay but were cold, a bit overcooked and short on the buttery glaze. As a result they weren't as soft and chewy as they are meant to be and most of the salt had fallen off. In my experience Pretzel often overcooks them this way which is a shame. Someone needs to visit Auntie Anne's in the USA to find out their secret to their soft, doughy perfect pretzels!

Should have taken photos but we ate it as soon as it arrived!
Great customer service, they left a nice note on the bag which was kind.
11/10 for food quality and quantity - was just like the picture which is rare on doordash, will 100% be ordering again just delicious.

3 Cheese pretzels were incredible! Still hot when they arrived and tasted great. The had written thank you on the box was also a nice touch.

Bit disappointed with the amount of pepperoni and that most were burnt and it wasn't cut.
It was also slightly stale - not sure if this was due to the 45min wait time (which was listed, so not pretzel's fault) but probs the worst pretzel I've had from pretzel.
Usually a lot better than this :( at least you remembered the sauce ig
