The sourdough that came with my Avocado Toast was perfectly toasted, and the hummus and avocado on top were both delicious and fresh. It came with sesame seeds but I added the red pepper flakes. The Golden Chai Latte with oat milk was delicious too. Queen City Grounds never misses!

QC has been a fav for years but in the last few months, the turnover is ridiculous. The chef quit & suddenly the burrito I always order, is now tiny, hardly any eggs in it, hit or miss if the corn chips are even there, and they've been putting so much of the sauce on that it is goopy & drowning in sauce. Honestly, really disappointed. The staff used to know my name & order the second I walked in. Now, it's someone new at the register every time. This place has great potential and was always great. I think there's a new owner or manager? Not a fan anymore though.

Normally I have a good experience when I order from here. This time I ordered my dasher showed up with only my drink and no food. So I reorder. My Burrito You Want was missing the avocado and way smaller than usual. They also don't put stickers on the top of the latte or the food to keep it sealed like other places do for DoorDash. The lattes are always consistently good though.

the byo was missing several ingredients. it was the smallest wrap I've ever seen. and the outside was burnt. must have been an off day because I normally enjoy this place

The Reuben was really aweful. The bread was stale and the corned beef was way too skimpy (very small portion).
