The food was well packaged, and when it arrived it smelt pretty good, but to be honest, it was very bland. I had the Chicken Alfredo and the sauce was very runny, and the chicken wasn't seasoned or seasoned enough. It also arrived luke warm, which is to be expected somewhat on a delivery, so I don't hold that against them. My spouses Spaghetti didn't come with enough sauce, so she had to use some of the what I assume was dipping sauce to get it up to par. The bread sticks were nothing special, and the garlic bread was decent at best. I think we both ate about half and just had enough. It may have just been an off night, so thats why I gave it three stars, but personally I was not a big fan.

The spaghetti tasted like egg noodles and ketchup, the Chicken Parmesan was just chicken tenders in the worst marinara I've ever had, The Eggplant Parmesan was somehow worse. Mushy and not good.
The bread was a hoagie they toasted on the grill.
I'm giving it two stars because the service was fast and the food was at least warm but other than that it tasted like something your recently divorced father would make for Sunday dinner. I wouldn't eat here again.

They left off salad ,pita bread, dipping sauce!!! Just going to concede Door Dash cannot manage Raphaels competence in delivering what is ordered, waited and paid for already. Frustrating!

Thought I'd give them another chance because the food is tasty but again they ignored my substitution requests. Disappointing because sometimes they do it but mostly not. Does anyone tell the restaurant about these problems?
