first time ever trying this place was definitely surprised, with the amount of food you get and the taste, had the black garlic Ramen was very delicious with the right amount of spice better than anything I've ever bought in the store since that's the only Roman I know lol, will definitely try again

Chicken Katsu The photo shows what was inedible. Everything was packed so nice and I really wanted to like it but the chicken was overcooked, dry, and chewy. The Lumpia (6pcs) were tasty and not greasy. Disappointing overall.

We tried Ramen 101 for the first time and were so pleasantly surprised at how fresh and well-made everything was. my husband got the BBQ Chicken & Chicken Katsu which was juicy and cooked well, with crispy katsu batter andLumpia (6pcs) that both tasted like the oil was still fresh (which is a big thing for me) my favorite is the Unagi Rice bowl, which is hard to find in Vallejo for a reasonable price per portion, and it was sooooo good! We definitely would order again.

The Tonkotsu Ramen was delicious with medium spice. Gyoza (7) was fried and tasty, could have used some ponzu. The Kaki Fry (6 oyster) could have used a little more spice on the spicy mayo, Extra Spicy Mayo was not needed.

This is one of the best places to get asian food in general. They don't have the cheapest food but the price is definitely worth it because the food is very tasty and they give you a lot for it. Their menu on doordash is also very good because you can customize what you want in your food. One example is the BBQ Chicken & Beef combo which you can either remove the cabbages and macaroni salad and I think they fill the missing parts with more food. I have not seen any restaurant do this so that's another thumbs up for me. Anyways the food is good and I'm gonna order here again in the future.
