This is absolutely some of the best ramen in SF and literally the one place that has gluten free! I love their rice noodles and that you can an extra Side GF Pork Broth. I usually make it into two meals with the broth and am always satisfied.

I'm pretty bothered by my order. It was almost $40 just for my mushroom vegetarian ramen. Which is wildly expensive for the amount of food I was given. There barely any mush even though the picture shows this abundant mushroom ramen, they only give you a half of an egg, I paid extra for more egg, the tofu is not "seared tofu" it's just plain raw tofu. It's very bothersome to pay this much for so little food.

I absolutely adored the Mushroom Lover Ramen. It was the best takeout ramen in terms of presentation ever and tasted delicious too! The poached egg was so delicate yet whole, and the mushroom heads were so fresh. This is my first review ever but I was actually impressed and it really hit the spot. Thank you for a wonderful ramen.

Signature Pork Ramen is sooooo good! and filling, their marinated eggs are fantastic perfect runny yolk and pairs perfect with the rich pork broth. I got a 6 spice level this time instead of a 4 and it wasn't over powering at all. I'll likely go up a level or two next time.

Amazing flavor. The pork in the broth of Signature Pork Ramen had a smokiness to it. And the taste of the broth was amazing. The quant was less than other shops like Hinodeya/ Marufuku, but the flavor definitely beat theirs.
