The Snow Crab Roll and Crunchy Crab Roll are superb. I ended up getting them together and the Fried Rice is nice and plentiful for the price!

We ordered the chicken and shrimp hibachi lunch, no veggies, double rice. Every piece of meat was so over cooked it was almost inedible. The shrimp was like rubber and the chicken like jerky. This is the first time we've had a bad experience. I ordered 3 sushi rolls. I received no wasabi or ginger and the soy sauce was. For some reason, indedibly salty. Yes, soy is salty but this was bordering on gross. I'm done with the Madison Red Samurai for some time. Sorry.

Meat was way over-cooked. Rice was seasoned with soy sauce only. Veg were not seasoned, but cooked adequately, just bland. Will not be ordering from them again.
