Ok, for some BBQ this far out west I wasn't expecting some good beef ribs...but, they where really good. They seasoned it very well. I didn't even really need the BBQ sauce. The sauce is very good though. Reminded me of a BBQ spot in Alabama. My only critique is they got to leave the ribs in the smoker for longer. They weren't fall off the bone. I had to fight to hard to clean the bone...but, I cleaned the bone! 🤣🤣🤣 yes sir. Get those bones more tender and they'll get the 5 star from me. I will be ordering there again. Also, the price was good for the 2 rib plate.

Only reason Im leaving a 3 is because the brisket was mostly fat I circled all of it in red you can see from what looks like a good amount ends up to be very little for the price. Definitely not ok Cole slaw and beans have changed as well not the same I would recommend go eat there

You would think with a name like Rib Hut they would take pride in the ribs they send out. This is my third order over the last few months and this was by far the worst. The 2 ribs had very little meat and were way over cooked to the point that the meat was dry and separating from itself. The brisket was very dry and had an odd color and taste. My side of fried okra barley filled the container that it was in because there were only 20 or less of them. The other side was the sweet potatoe fries of there were only 10 pr less. All in, tax, title and fees...$50+ for one plate and this place doesn't even waive the fee on my DashPass. Very disappointed and is left wanting.

Delicious!! The ribs had a lot of meat. The Coleslaw was sweet and tasty and I loved the potato salad. The dinner rolls were nice and soft.

Ordered 8 oz of Rib-eye and received 8oz of fat that I couldn't eat. The tiny amount of meat there was was also undercooked. Not sure how they were comfortable serving that.
