OMG. The Birria Quesa Tacos were absolutely delicious. I was nervous because I placed my order within 20 minutes of closing and I was half expecting dry, old meat from earlier in the day, but instead the tacos were hot and the meat was tender and so amazingly full of flavor. The soup that comes with it gave it an extra savory kick. The tortilla shell was crispy and flaky. I don't think I'll be able to order any other item because these were so AWESOME. And the helpings are very generous (rice/beans/salad). Well worth the money. The side of corn was fresh and hot and the Bravo Chimichanga (I ate the next day) reheated in the oven very well. Everything was even better the following day!
