This family owned and operated business always does such an exceptional job ensuring that they provide fresh, quality products to customers. They also own the Ledos next door. Ive never been anything but satisfied with our almost daily orders from Ritas. They only complaint I have is that the fee to add either Rainbow sprinkles or unicorn glitter is incorrect on DoorDash and tries to charge the customer $10 additional to add them, making a small Gelati with rainbow sprinkles cost over $17. If you just write a note in the special instructions asking them to add sprinkles, however, they always do. This is a great business!

I was dissatisfied with my order. I dont understand why I couldn't have a combination chocolate and vanilla swirl. Secondly, this was the first time I ordered from Ritas, this frozen custard was just not exciting. Very overpriced.

Missing items like my waffle bowl. Also instructions were not followed for my Create Your Own Sundae. I asked for no whipped cream and chocolate & vanilla swirl. I got vanilla only and there was whipped cream.

Absolutely love that they never slack on the sprinkles. Store workers are friendly and will help you pick options if you don't know what to get or desire to try something new. They also ensure it is packaged and sealed appropriately for any delivery needs. Very happy!

I look forward each year for Rita's to open. Delicious, great variety for ice and soft cream. I know spring has arrived when Rita's opens.
