I ordered the Tourbus Roll and it was absolutely amazing! I added crab salad on top which really took it to a whole new level! they were also super fast preparing my food! Love this place! 10/10!

The Miso Soup is literally just SALT water. It is thick and tastes like the ocean in Ft. Lauderdale. The Steak Fried Rice is okay, but extremely overpowered by garlic and onion. For $10 I cant be that disheartened, but the miso alone was $5 and that is outrageous.

They were quick! Although, this was the first time I have been disappointed in Gainesville food. The eel sushi (which is something I have eaten in many places) didn't have enough sauce or flavor. (Even in ingredient flavor). Grocery store sushi has more sauce. (I'm not talking about soy sauce.) The Hall of Fame Brownies arrived without ice cream. I originally thought the additional charge was for additional ice cream. I guess I was wrong. They charge $8 for just fried brownies. Perhaps their other food is good? Nothing I ordered was tasty at all. Maybe their other stuff is great, but I couldn't recommend the eel or the brownies. (The brownies were well made though.)

This was our group of coworkers first time ordering and while 2 people were fine with their orders the rest of us were unhappy with one person not feeling well. The small amounts of both the steak fried rice and fried rice were not even enough to share for the enormous price. Also the Side Teriyaki we paid for wasn't teriyaki. We spent over $200, not including the tip and were not happy so we will not be ordering again. Our delivery guy was perfect, best part of the meal.

The Twisted Tuna was way too fishy, which is caused by leaving it out to oxidize for way too long. I have ordered from here repeatedly before and I'm usually more than satisfied, but whoever was in the kitchen today (Sunday June 21, around 9 pm) did a horrible job with everything. Not enough ginger, the rolls were falling apart, skimped out on the toppings requested, overall poor quality and care was put into it despite previously being attentive to the freshness and workmanship.
