OMG,,,this is the best pizza we have had in a long time. Throughly enjoyed the Roots Wood Fire Margherita (10"), adding the kale basil & walnut pesto, pepperoni and extra cheese,,,most excellent. The Cheese K.I.S.S. (10") with extra cheese, just yum! Highly recommend Roots Wood Fire pizzas!

Signature Lemony Kale Caesar Salad was 99 percent lettuce with a few small pieces of onion and a small sprinkle of Parm on just the very top surface. the Smoked Chicken Pizza (15") was a bit odd and bland. the Roots Wolf Pack Pizza (15") was very tasty though

Excellent food. The kale salad actually was just romaine which frankly didnt bother me one bit. In fact, I prefer romaine, so I was very pleased to see super fresh crunchy lettuce. The dressing is just like I like it - a lot of garlic and anchovy. Not for the faint of heart. The pizza was outstanding. Fresh ingredients and the crust was superb.

Waldorf salad good (but they really need to slice the grapes in half.. slippery lil' suckers!) but pizza sadly very lacking (date and bacon), not a sign of the described mozzarella- no cheese on it at all & onion cream sauce almost non-existent; topping coverage inconsistent, spotty. The fresh/raw arugula is just meant to be tossed on top of the pie which isn't easy to eat/bite. Good idea, poorly executed. Well hubs wanted to finally try Roots for his bday..
