I was craving spam misubi but unfortunately Roxy's doesn't offer it, which was okay since I just opted for the Spam & Eggs Plate Lunch which was great. The spam had a teriyaki sauce cooked into them, which was nice. My fiancé ordered the Kalbi Chicken Plate Lunch . The char on the chicken from the grill was fantastic, which added great flavor. He was also a fan of his side of noodles!

Absolutely worth the price, I pay a large delivery fee to buy from here based off my location, and I have never eaten food so worth it. The portions are above average, there's a good variety of things to try on their menu. My favorite place to order food from.
Also the macaroni salad is to die for. Words of advice; double up on the mac salad sides =)

The Orange Chicken and the Pineapple Chicken were so good. I haven't had Pineapple Chicken before and I really liked it. The Chicken Fried Rice was also good, but I'm not a fan of onions. There was a lot of chicken in the rice which was a nice surprise. I'll be ordering from Roxy's again.

My son and I decided to have dinner but he wasn't sure if he wanted to eat out or order in since he was starving and end up working late. I found Roxys from long at my dash pass. We went around 7 pm and the special was gone as was green salads. Seriously no big deal. The food was amazing. I got to Kauai a couple times a year and I have a dear friend who introduced local island favorites to me. She was born and raised there. It was love at first bite and the places we went were definitely local favorites. Roxy’s was one of those places in taste and quality. I had never had fried carrots, OMG you must try these crunchy, sweet battered orange treasures. I ordered too much food so I could try more then one lol. Zero regrets and the prices are fair. It was around 30$ and I had a complete lunch of assorted leftovers and rice. The kalbi and chicken was so amazing, mac salad was so good I ate it all, I'm a potato salad girl but this stuff was magically amazing. Friendly happy staff and if it wasn't freezing cold and dumping rain non stop I could close my eyes and be in Kauai. Please give this gem a try you won't be disappointed.
