If 10 stars were available, I'd give it to Rudy. I've probably ordered half a dozen times. The food was excellent. No fatty filler meat. It's just pure tender, excellent brisket. Another thing worth mentioning is the fact that my orders always arrive exactly as I ordered. That is something that, unfortunately, doesn't happen near enough anymore.

Moist brisket very moist and delicious. New potatoes perfect, corn on the cob good and 1 cobbler would have been enough to share.

Rudys Sweet Tea is amazing. Buying the Gallon is worth the price! Corn on the cob good size but missing butter I requested. Potato salad is always good. Baby back ribs tasted okay but not worth the price. First time ordering Green Chile Stew - it was Great taste and heat balanced! Main reason I ordered was for the Brisket Sandwich - it was a good serving but no sauce I requested or any condiment spread so it was dry. Condiments requested and received - onion, pickles, jalapenos/carrots, and chiles generous portions and Delicious!

I love this restaurant! Everything is always so good! I got the smoked turkey sandwich. Came with perfect amount of cut turkey. I also got the creamed corn, apple pie and banana pudding. All were just delicious! Also the original BBQ sauce is the best sauce.

Smoked Potato was okay (delivery) Pricey but probably worth it for dine in. Whole regular sausage and turkey were nice. Not sure if I'll order again. Brisket Sandwich was not so good. This is usually my go to item from Rudy's, but this time it was much smaller and not so tasty. My second go to is Green Chile Stew - It is delicious! Outstanding condiments.
