The bouquet was tiny. I chose the Debi Lilly Perfect Gift Luxe and it was a disappointment. I also paid extra for wrapping, and it was minimal. There was no ribbon

I ordered 80 stems of mini carnations. they were out of stock. they did not contact me about it. They canceled my selection and substituted 6 stems of hydrangeas and charged me $8 more for the substitution without asking me at all. This changed the overall fees, so I was charged about $16 more for the order than I had authorized. I was not happy at all.
