Ordered Vietnamese Spicy Beef Noodle (Bun’ Bo Huế) for my wife. She loved the flavor but was disappointed with the noodles. Normally it comes with thick, rice noodles. But she saw that they cheated her by putting thinner rice noodles on the bottom as filler.
