Food was good I have tried many ramen places. The soup was a bit salty but I would say this is the best place in El Paso.

Me and my wife ordered the Black Garlic Tonkotsu and the Chashu Buns. The pork in both bowls were dry and flavoress. My wife's chashu bun was stale. And the eggs in the ramen were hard boiled and barely marinated, and nothing beats a nice soft boiled egg (in case you prefer a certain type of egg). Only thing redeeming was the quantity of ingredients. Other than that it tasted solely of garlic.

The actual Ramen's was unenjoyable, heres why.
While the soup was barely passable they do give a very nice portion of 1 and a half serving worth of soup ,which made it very messy to simply open the container holding the soup as it would be filled the the brim.
The veggies in everybite for both soups was gushing with plain cold water like if they left the veggies in a water soaking and just put it directly to the bowl without straining the water, which in turn made it very gross in contrast with the warm soup.
The pork I was served was about 60% just fat, which for me I didn't enjoy . It got to the point where I just had to peel off the fat as it was just slimy and off-putting.
At a certain point, I was forcing myself to eat it.
The sampler, on the other hand, was very nice along with the dipps justa bit over priced is all.

Tuna poke was alright, but way over-price for amount of tuna was given. As for Calamari it was a bit soggy wish it could much crispier.

Worst ramen place to ever exist in this city. Noodles looked like they were from a packet of Maruchan, broth had 0 flavor. Can't believe how expensive it was for this trash, considering there are way better ramen places that charge less. Never ordering from here again
