Salad, wrap, and kid bento were all fresh and well packaged. The soup was half-full, cold, and coagulated. It looks as if they were out of soup and, instead of removing the soup or communicating, they just scraped out the last dregs.

Items were missing from our salad. Mandarin and sesame sticks missing from mine Mandarin,egg and cheese missing from my husbands salad. They were out of my dressing, so had to sub. Overall very little toppings on our salads. Disappointed!
