• DoorDash orderSo worth the cost!! The Slab of Beef Ribs (5) are so huge and full of beef! The Full Rack of Pork Ribs (10) are perfectly smoked and tender with just the right amount of pull when you tear in to them. Spicy Mac n Cheese is always delicious I have never had a different flavor from both locations. Green Beans fresh and full of garlic never have had a soggy order from them. The prices can seem a bit high but where else can you find such flavorful huge portions.

• DoorDash reviewSalty's food is the best barbecue in Bakersfield. Tri tip smoky and tender, bbq sauce tops it off perfectly. Side are perfect compliments--tonight we had the rice pilaf (buttery) and coleslaw (fresh, crunchy, lite sauce/seasoning).

• DoorDash orderI love their smoke flavor on the meats. I have had the brisket, hot links and pork and they have always been moist with great flavors. The slaw, mac n cheese and tatter salad are all super yummy as well.
My only critique is that I wished they had a mustard vinegar sauce in addition to their sweet red bbq sauce. But that is just a preference on my part
Overall worthy of five stars.

• DoorDash orderWe have been enjoying the sandwiches for a while now. Tonight we opted for the 1/2 lb Tri-Tip Dinner & 1/2 lb Pulled Pork Dinner. Oh my goodness...soooo good! For just a few more $, we had enough for dinner AND leftovers for tomorrow. And that includes enough of the sides and entrees.
