Beef is so tender. Toppings perfect ratio.
Sandwich is large.
Thi e bun is not crispy, it is perfectly soft and delicious! I'd definitely recommend!

I totally love your steak&cheese sandwich..and you have and will see frequent orders from me!
I love the fries and I realize the challenge delivering crispy french fries, but I toss them in air fryer just a bit, and theyr'e great.
I know there are lotsof super picky people who critical are their middle name. I'm a different person, your food is super great that I wouldn't complain if all the sandwich can be completely spilled out..it's great, and I'm so grateful that I can get it delivered.
If you can develop some sort of way to keep fries crispy, many people won't complain.
I get how it's extremely hard with delivering fries.

Would have been 5 stars but the soup I ordered was replaced with chili. Maybe they ran out of soup? Anyway, the friend I ordered it for said the chili was good at least, and the cake was huge!

The New Yorker is great. It's really big. I also got some onion rings and they were really good, too.
