Love this smoothie, it's my favourite! I get it reduced sweetness with whey protein, flax, and espresso. It's so nice to have something that provides a lot of energy, tastes great, and feels wholesome.

Normally we're a big fan of Second Cup, however many pastries, aside from the Muffin - Carrot were dry/stale and not good. This has happened before when we went in-person. Quality of the items are great, but they keep them for too long, or don't store them well and they dry out and get gross.

Always delicious beverages and thoughtfully packaged for delivery. The Caramel Coretto and almond date smoothie are favorites <3
