I am an 81 year old in a wheelchair who cannot go shopping anywhere. I ordered a protein salad, pecan dessert and bread. They did not have the first two items so canceled that part of my order and sent unsliced bread. A good business would call and ask if there was a substitute item they could send me. Their competitor does and that is where I will shop in the future!
